Summer Kids Camp Pre-Registration/Tally Sheet

To sign up for Summer Kids Camp please have your church or group leader fill out this tally registration form by MAY 28th*.

*If you'd like to attend camp, but May 28th has passed, please reach out to our directors right away to discuss space and fees. We'd love to have you with us at camp.

Dietary Restrictions 

Campers or Counselors with allergies or dietary restrictions must fill out this form, DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, and turn it in to us by e-mail in order that Old Oak Ranch can accommodate your needs. Please submit to camp director by MAY 28th.
